The Unstable SMP IP is unstablesmp.net. Java players enter unstablesmp.net as the server address. Bedrock players enter unstablesmp.net as the address and 19132 as the port.

If Minecraft saved an older server address, delete the saved entry and add a fresh one. The public address should stay unstablesmp.net for both Java and Bedrock.

For the cleanest setup, name the saved server entry Unstable SMP so the same address is easy to find later.
